Rachael Krause is a reporter at 9NEWS in Denver, Colorado.
Rachael joined the 9NEWS team in August 2023 as a reporter who often shoots and edits her own stories.
She's excited to call Colorado home and start sharing stories in our community.
Prior to joining the KUSA family, Rachael worked as an award-winning journalist in Indianapolis, Orlando, Louisville, southern Illinois and Iowa, covering everything from rocket launches to the Kentucky Derby.
Rachael grew up in the Twin Cities and attended the University of Minnesota – Go Gophers!
When she’s not out reporting in the community, Rachael enjoys checking out the trails and traveling as well as hanging out with her cat, Spaghetti, as she reads the latest thrillers and watches movies.
